Bought a vehicle over 2 weeks ago. Was told by finance while it's being recorded that I would get a call about my equity refund once the new vehicle was funded. That has already happened. Old vehicle ha while it's being recorded that I would get a call about my equity refund once the new vehicle was funded. That has already happened. Old vehicle has been paid and closed. I've called 5 times in 3 days and just now spoke to some manager who decided that the "process" is that a check won't be cut until the title is received from the other finance company. It shouldn't be that hard to get something accomplished. It shouldn't be that hard to get a phone call back from someone. I had a good experience while I was sitting in the dealership. Everything afterwards has gone to crap. They could absolutely remedy the situation and are choosing not to. More
