What a terrible experience! I would give zero stars, if I could! I purchased a used (2017 Ford F-350 King Ranch) vehicle from this dealership. Even though it was used, it was still a nicer vehicle ($57K) I could! I purchased a used (2017 Ford F-350 King Ranch) vehicle from this dealership. Even though it was used, it was still a nicer vehicle ($57K). I also purchased a 3 year bumper-to-bumber warranty, because it was a used vehicle. When I test drove the truck, there was an issue with the sunroof not closing. The saleswoman had to force it closed. We didn’t think of it as a bad deal, because we were getting the 3 year bumper-to-bumper warranty. We just thought that we could turn it in on the warranty. We were wrong! We tried to get the sunroof fixed, but was told that the warranty wouldn’t cover it because it was within 30 days of purchase. The warranty company didn’t want to cover it because it was a pre-existing issue. We contacted the dealership & they don’t want to pay for it either, says that it costs too much for them to pay for it. So, we have been without a truck for four days now, with no one wanting to pay for a sunroof that was messed up when we bought it. Also, we were informed after we dropped it off, that there was a deductible for the warranty. Jo one told me about this when we bought it. Definitely learned my lesson: Do not buy a warranty & definitely don’t buy a vehicle from Shottenkirk Toyota in Weatherford. No service after the sale! More
