It was close to closing time at he dealership, but the manager spoke with me and offered solutions. I had to have my vehicle towed, but the Toyota gates were open late and I was able to drop it off. My service representative was Blake Patterson, and I have never received such fabulous service! I needed a new battery, and a scheduled oil change. However, they identified a serious coolant leak and Blake expresses his concern of me being stranded somewhere. Parts were ordered and it was repaired in 4 days. I was provided a loaner, so life and work could continue uninterrupted. Best experience I have ever had with service! Thanks Blake, you made a stressful situation not so bad! More
