He truly is a professional salesperson as his personality, patience, kindness, and sincerity make up a supreme person. As a Senior citizen he was kind enough and thoughtful enough to explain things in detail over and over in such a way that this 81 year old man remembered all this new technology. And it doesn't stop, there he continues to explain things long after I purchased the car. I would recommend Durant Toyota to anyone interested in buying a car. More

Just excellent transparency and honest buissness practice,couldn't ask for more. Can't forget to mention David the Manager. This guy really dug deep to give me the absolute very best deal. What's a great story without a little bit of drama? We were finally able to get the car that I have wanted for so long (if mama ain't happy aint nobody happy), so we started searching. Only thing was, why are you so insistent on me filling out a credit app if I told you that I already have financing? *raises eyebrow in suspicion... Anywho, once we made it clear that we would not be interested in another hard inquiry, we made arrangements to meet. Make no mistake folks, they knew what they were doing when they laid out this dealership's floorplans. It was love at first sight (I know it's just a car, but still). Took a spin around the lot for GP, and in 40 minutes, we were all set! I found out towards the end that their insistence on trying to run my credit was because they thought that wonderful rate plan was still on the table, so I can't be mad at that (the new car smell does help, lol) Red was not one of our top 3 choices, but I have to say, "Big Red" looks pretty sexy on the road. He and Paul did everything they could to make my buying experience great. They even swapped items from one truck to another to make me happy with the deal. I would go to them again. I also heard that Jerry Durant was going to sell the company but when he found out that the new buyers were making changes that affected the men and women that worked there he stopped the deal. He's a caring, respectful guy and that comes across in every dealing we've had with him. He made us feel comfortable with our transaction. Said another way, our visit to the dealership was about our needs - not about his sales. We'll go back again and again to work with him. Since we got a Toyota and not a Chevrolet, we also worked with internet manager Jake Reid. Jake was professional and answered every question - even ones we hadn't thought of yet! He helped put us at ease as he went over the car's features with us. It was a pleasantly painless experience. We'll gladly use them again and highly recommend these two professionals for other's auto needs. More

They did not have the exact car so they ordered one for me. They allowed me to use a loaner until mine came in. I did all the paperwork and walked out of there in less than an hour!!
