Beware! This is not the Durant place anymore. When this was Durant I purchased, or brought others in, to purchase 6 vehicles in roughly 7 years. Now that is the new owners I will never go back. They apparently got rid of everyone that was working in sales and brought in all new people. My sales guy was nice but the sales manager and finance people are typical crooked sales people. They try to jam you every way they can. It took me a day and a half to buy my 2019 Tundra because they were trying to screw me over any easy possible. I should have just gone somewhere else but they had the exact truck I wanted. When we buy my wife a new Toyota next year I'll be driving right past this place. My daughter was over there today getting her oil changed and they had her scared to drive her car because of the tires and filters that supposedly needed changing. I told her to leave asap. They quoted her $600 for tires on a yaris. They're $352 installed for a really good set of 4 at discount tire. I'll take my free oil changes but after that I'm done with this place. We always got our service done here in the past. Not anymore. More
Rip off of Shottenkirk Customer Care Plan Everywhere in the dealership, you will see posters about Shottenkirk Customer Care. It is basically an overly inflated tire hazard warranty. This is Everywhere in the dealership, you will see posters about Shottenkirk Customer Care. It is basically an overly inflated tire hazard warranty. This is a charge tacked onto your car purchase. They told me they normally charge $1999 for 12- 15 mos. and graciously knocked down the price to $999. Then we got the price down to $499. I was told it was mandatory and that if I needed to use the plan, I would have to only use them (I live 5 hours away from the dealership). When I was handed off to the finance person, I was asked to sign something titled "Select Vehicle Coverage". Be careful - this is the Shottenkirk Customer Care plan. Don't make the mistake I did and sign. I was told all the plan info was in an envelope they handed to me. It wasn't. At the bottom of the Select Vehicle Coverage form, it said "page 1 of 8". I had them email me pages 2-8. The full plan says that, if you live more than 50 miles away, you can go to any dealer for service and they will file a claim. So they lied about that. It also says that this plan is cancellable and refundable - they lied about that. I was set to cancel this coverage and get back the $499. When I looked at the value of the contract, it said $0. What they did was not put the $499 here, but just raised the price of the car by $499 so that I would not get any money back if I wanted to cancel. Brian Thompson in the finance department explained why they value it as $0 to me this way, "It's just what we do." So yes, it's just what they do to rip off buyers. My fault, yes. Shady dealership - for sure. Let them charge you $1999 for Shottenkirk Customer Care and then negotiate a great price on your car, but do not sign the Select Vehicle Coverage form without that contract value written on there so you can cancel and get your money back. More

We have made numerous attempts to address our concerns with the GM and finance dept. through email and voice mail, no response what a way to treat LOYAL RETURNING CUSTOMERS! More
Horrible, do not purchase a vehicle from here. I purchased a $21,000 truck from here on a very cold and rainy evening. Sales Manager told me if I have any issues since it wasn’t a good evening to look it over well, I could just bring it back. Once I got home and realized they sold me a vehicle that the AC didn’t work on and it had several door dings, I told them I just didn’t want the the truck. They proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t take it back, but could put me in another vehicle which after my experience I didn’t want another vehicle from this establishment. Then I called and talked with Luis Bermea about my issues and he thought he had hung the phone but didn’t. You would think he would be concerned with his unhappy customer, but he wasn’t at all. I listened to Luis talk crap about me to my sales associate for almost ten minutes. I will never do business here again and definitely don’t recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. It is making me choose at least one star, but the rating should be negative 10 stars. More
