I found a very nice used Toyota Tacoma at Durant Toyota in Weatherford, TX online and decided that I would seek more information. My relationship with the dealership started before I even arrived. I contacted them to ask for more information about the vehicle as well as to inquire about my trade-in. I promptly received an email and a phone call from Asbel Garza welcoming me to come and look at the vehicle in person. I was surprised at how genuine and honest he was on the phone. He gave me more information before even arriving at the dealership than most people receive from the entire purchase process. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by one of Durant's salesmen who was very welcoming and did not throw the typical pushy sales pitch that you expect from most salesmen at most dealerships. He immediately walked us to Asbel's desk and could not have been happier to guide me there. Asbel was "on point" from the minute we arrived. He already had the keys ready to go for a test drive, he fetched the vehicle for us so that we did not have to walk across the lot in the rain. Throughout the process he was very patient and did not appear overly anxious to simply close and get me to drive away. Asbel was very real and personable throughout the whole process. I was very apprehensive about buying a used vehicle, but was put at ease by the additional warranty options and the extensive amount of history that Asbel had on the vehicle. It appeared that he really knew his product. The dealership was very reasonable about my trade in and gave me even more than I was expecting. We started talking price and Asbel was very generous and got me within my comfort range. I decided to go eat lunch while the finance department did their part. Not only was I offered the vehicle to drive to lunch, but Asbel recommended a very good local restaurant that did not disappoint. I returned with a few more requests and a couple of things that I would like to see updated on the vehicle and without deliberation, Asbel took care of me and really hooked me up beyond what I expected. The finance department was very on top of their game as well. Overall, I was very impressed with the dealership and Asbel Garza. If this vehicle would have been at any other dealership, I probably would not have made the purchase. He was very understanding, genuine, and realistic throughout the entire process. I definitely intend to buy my next vehicle at Durant from Asbel. I drove away feeling like I truly got the better end of the deal. More

I just wanted to send a BIG THANK YOU to my mothers salesman, Rocco Rotundo for taking care of her in a professional and respectful manner. My mother, who is 78, had been visiting other dealerships in salesman, Rocco Rotundo for taking care of her in a professional and respectful manner. My mother, who is 78, had been visiting other dealerships in the area and getting multiple prices even on the same visit. This process had been going on for the last two months. She finally came in contact with Mr Rotundo and decided to make the drive out to Weatherford. This is about a 40 mile drive for her. She was met at the front of the dealership by Mr Rotundo. They promptly went in side and had the deal done in matter of 30 minutes. He was fair on the trade in and the purchase price for her new car. She then went to lunch. By the time she got back her car was ready to go. The dealership took all the time she needed to make sure she understood the new car functions. She is very happy and said she would not hesitate to send referrals to Mr Rotundo. I now know where I will go to buy cars or send my referrals from this day forward.
