I made 7 visits and test drove 8 trucks / jeeps / other - to eventually arrive at the Toyota Tacoma. Adam Ramsey was patient - never said no - and had each of the cars washed and pulled up in the front awaiting my arrival. We communicated via text for months before I made a decision. He knew I would not go anywhere else simply due to his hospitality. Jerry's also did me right on price - I have bought cars at a cheap price and then months laters found I did not like the car - cheap means nothing in this instance. On the day of purchase - every detail was addressed = the car was cleaned, gassed up, and Adam had bags in my trade in for moving items. He was ready on all fronts to make this process very easy. I would recommend the dealership and more importantly the sales person. Adam will be successful due to his patience and concern for the customer - the concern with take him further than aggressive selling any day - and it is appreciated by the customer. He also knew his product very well - all benefits and costs. I honestly cannot say enough - go buy a car from this guy and you will see what I mean! More

I usually do my research to get the invoice price of all the trim lines and options, and work up an offer I am prepared to make for a specific vehicle. Then I prepare myself for the unpleasant haggling I must endure to make the deal that I had become accustom to in the past. However, using Consumer Reports for this research, I came across a new way of getting quotes for a vehicle. This service is provided through Consumer Reports and TrueCar, and quotes from 3 participating dealers were promptly sent to my email. I found all the quotes very competitive with my pre-calculated offer price, and so all I had to do was select the dealer to find the exact car I was looking for. I chose Durant Toyota, primarily because they were located closest to me. Cody Carter was my internet sales assistant at Durant and assisted me in locating the car with the specific trim and options I was looking for, and arranged to have the vehicle delivered to the dealership. Everything about the experience was stress free and honest, with no unpleasant surprises at the end, as I have had in the past. The quoted out-the-door price was exactly what I paid, right down to the penny. Cody was very pleasant to work with, and his fairness and honesty is truly a mark of excellence in this business. I would recommend this dealer to anyone wanting a fair and honest car buying experience. More

Meanwhile, Lee Merrill kept in touch and encouraged me to come to Weatherford for a visit. Late last week when he called to offer the newest, lowest interest rate possible on a Prius, I decided it was time to drive out. The price, financing, and trade-in were all above board and represented a GREAT deal, and everyone there is so friendly. I am telling everyone about my happy ending with Durant Toyota in Weatherford, after two months of struggling to get the other dealers to treat me with the respect I deserve. Asbel got me a fair price on my trade-in, handled all the paperwork, and made sure that I knew that if there was anything I needed for the new car he would be happy to help. I believe he, and Durant Toyota, will live up to that promise. Asbel knows his products inside and out, all the features and capabilities. Buying a car from him is like buying from a friend who happens to work as a car salesman. No pressure, no hassle, no B. S. - just an honest man who obviously enjoys what he does and enjoys helping people find what they need and getting them the deal that they will be happy with.
