We had been in touch with Joey by telephone and online because we are part of the USAA buying service that referred us to Durant Toyota. we live in Abilene 120 miles west of Weatherford. He worked hard to meet our needs and to answer our questions. When he did not have the color of the car we thought we wanted, he looked to see what he could obtain with the options we wanted. He found the car and it was a color we were pleased to have. Joey even took the time to introduce us to Ran Byars in the Service Dept. for when we might bring the car in for maintenance. We also had a very good experience working with Kevin Reeves, Bus. Mgr. who took the time to compare Toyota's financing options/interest rates with the one we had pre-arranged with USAA. Turns out Toyota offered a lower rate and we opted for it. Overall, it was an outstanding experience and we will definitely consider dealing with Durant Toyota again in the future. More

They answered all the questions we had, and worked with us to find us the vehicle equiped with the accessiories we wanted. They were able to bring it in from another dealership in a very timely manner. Raymond, our salesman, was very friendly and very eager to make sure we were happy with the vehicle we wanted to purchase, before talking with the manager. Raymond was a realatively new employee that admitted he could not answer all of our questions, but quickly took us to see Law, another salesman, who could tell us everything we wanted to know about available options. The four of us worked togeter to put together our perfect vehicle, out of the many available options. Our specifications were given to Doyle, the floor manager, who quickly got to work locating the 4Runner we wanted. He was able to locate our 4Runner at a dealership in Oklahoma, and was able to work a deal to have it transferred here to Texas. We were very specific about the options and accessories we wanted on our 4Runner, and his hard work in locating it is very much appreciated. Will, the financing agent, was excellent. He was extermely knowledgable about Toyota Financing and was very willing to explain every financing scenario possible. Overall, great experience. The reason for coming to this dealership is because of Derek Simpson, my salesman. He spent time with me helping me determine my needs and what I wanted in a new truck. We discussed the durability of the vehicle and how it would fit what my specific needs were. We discussed the servicing of the vehicle and all the excellent new rewards that came with the Tundra and how Durant Service would cary out the servicing of my vehicle. I discussed the warranty of the vehicle with Derek and he explained all of my options. We discussed several trucks and togther we determined that the Tundra was best suited for my particular needs. I discussed the financing of the Tundra and the best value options. Derek has followed up on all of the special options I bought for my truck including the step bars, bed mat and other special options I ordered. He has followed up on all of my questions and made sure I am happy with my truck. I have sent several friends to this dealership because I know Derek Simpson will take care of them like he has taken care of me. My sister in law just purchased a used truck from him as well and my mother purchased a used truck also. Derek Simpson is what all salesman should be like. We had some bad weather here in Weatherford and needed a key made for our sons car, which had just been recovered (It had been stolen). I drove almost 40 miles to have my corolla recall service done by Durant, after seeing their A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. It was well worth the drive. None of the people waiting on their vehicles was ever approached by a service rep who tried to sell them more maintenance or parts. I went to Durant because another dealer tried to convince me that before they could get the recall approved by Toyota, they had to do some diagnostics on my car. The rep at Durant could not understand why another dealer would not honor the recall on my vehicle before resorting to any other, more costly measures. In addition, the rep offered suggestions to help my local, independent mechanic diagnose any further issues that may arise with the car! This is the way all dealers should be!!! Durant has earned my trust and my business any time I need a dealership. Thank you guys!!!! More

Larry by far went above and beyond to help me with a used vechile purchase. I have been looking for a jeep for six months and had one pop up on Craigslist. I was finally able to call and was informed it was sold and Larry said if anything changed he would call. Low and behold the deal fell through and Larry immediately called me to inform me the good news. I live in Austin so ofcourse I couldn't jump ship and drive up. So Larry took a credit card hold till I could make it up on Thursday. The purchase was easy and fast besides me being hard headed trying to find a lower interest rate.I was extremely happy and impressed with the level of service he provided. Thank you again. More

That's when we got with Will Green and he begain to work his magic. As I braced for bad news,Chad Avery & I talked about friends we shared in Midlothian.This kept me at ease. When Will said "we're ready", I wasn't prepared for what he put together. Not only did I get a great price on my 2010 Tacoma SR5 Crew Cab but,exactly what I needed on trade.My payment went down and we financed 60 not 72 months. Then Will proceeds to tell me about the 2 years free service I get.This was icing on the cake. Not once did I feel like these three guys were anything but honest salesman looking out for my best interest.This is what great customer service is all about.Normally I do not get the extended warranty.My decision to do so was based more on the treatment I recieved than the security of a warranty. Anybody looking for a great dealership should make the drive to Weatherford.You will not be disappointed.I'm a customer for life thanks to these gentlemen. More
