I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and was expecting my service advisor to greet me so I sat in my truck and waited for him finally I went inside to 3 advisors and asked about my appointment a expecting my service advisor to greet me so I sat in my truck and waited for him finally I went inside to 3 advisors and asked about my appointment and they told me my advisor would be back in a few minutes so now it’s been 30 minutes and I’m not even checked in yet finally I get checked in and wait about an hour and go check on my truck it’s sitting there done and ready to go but my advisor is gone again so here we go again playing the I don’t know where he is and he should be back in a minute game till finally another advisor calls him to let him know he has customer’s waiting they must have had something good in the break room that day but it was my first and last time I will visit the new location in Hudson Oaks. It seems to me that if 1 advisor is busy maybe 1 of the 3 others sitting there would help you or at least acknowledge you but Nope they won’t even look at you unless you say something to them first it’s sad but I get better customer service at quick lube and that’s where I will be going from now on. More

I waited five minutes before the guy came out to me when arrived because a customer waiting on his vehicle was visiting with him. The he said he’d look up the history on my vehicle and come and tell me what arrived because a customer waiting on his vehicle was visiting with him. The he said he’d look up the history on my vehicle and come and tell me what was needed which he did not do. Then he said he’d look up the price of the tyres and come and tell me and find out if they had them in stock. He did not come and tell me he sent a text to my husband instead. Then he pulled the old this is was you cabin filter looks like trick. The last time I was here it took three hours to do a service because the guy went home part way through doing my service so I saw how many times they walked out with the cabin filter showing each customer. Swear it was the same filter they used each time. So it takes two hours to do a regular service and another two hours to them put on new tyres. I am not impressed with the service here at all. I would not recommend this dealership. More

I asked for the wait time… the service advisor told me it was a a quick oil change since they were not busy. I said said ok I will just wait for my truck then. 4hrs later they looked for me to tell me it was was a a quick oil change since they were not busy.
