Great service and great people! I wanted to say a big thank you to Matthew in service. My Ford truck had an issue on a Saturday, in December 2019, and I sent it to Shottenkirk becau I wanted to say a big thank you to Matthew in service. My Ford truck had an issue on a Saturday, in December 2019, and I sent it to Shottenkirk because I have a family member who works there, and she strongly recommended I use them. I am so glad she did. Not only were all the staff I dealt with very courteous and professional..everything was done in a very timely manner. I ended up having to have a rental car and the young lady that helped with that was also very nice. I highly recommend Shottenkirk for any model vehicle. Wonderful experience for a worrisome truck issue!! Thank you all! More
