Toyota Recall and Maintenance Checkup I received a recall notice from Toyota on Saturday in my mail. I contacted Shottenkirk Toyota first thing the following Monday. The Service Departme I received a recall notice from Toyota on Saturday in my mail. I contacted Shottenkirk Toyota first thing the following Monday. The Service Department was able to get me in without an appointment immediately. All repairs and maintenance were completed within an hour. Everyone I dealt with was professional and able to answer all my questions. More

Very Disappointed I will no longer work with this dealership. I was a loyal Durant Toyota customer, I have purchased or leased 6 vehicles from Durant Toyota. When the dealership changed hands, I gave it a shot. All of a sudden, my service advisor who I had worked with for 18 years was gone and a whole new crew of service advisors appeared. One of the concierge gentleman was extremely rude to me and I refuse to deal with him anymore. I would only deal with a younger man who I don't recall what his name is. The rude concierge is middle aged with a mustache and glasses. He was the only concierge when I took my Highlander in last Friday for service. As expected, he was not friendly. My vehicle was services in a reasonable amount of time but was returned dirty. Any time I have brought my vehicle in for service, they have always run it through the car wash. Not anymore!!! I will no longer return to this dealership, I will now go to Fort Worth Toyota or Granbury unless Granbury is also Shottenkirk. I am done! More

But I have other issues with my truck after they worked on it and they don't want to listen to what I'm telling them. They go around my words and act like I don't know what I'm doing or talking about. But, I've worked on vehicles all my life and xxxx sure know better. If it wasn't for having a warranty on my truck I would work on it my self. But why work on it when I've paid a ton of money for warranty. Plus I had to reconnect wiring harnesses and tighten up brackets after the work was done. And I have intermitten electrical problems after they worked on it. And now the sales dept. the guy that I had to deal with is no longer there, but It it still wasn't a good experience at all. I had such a easier and better time buying from Jerrys then Shottenkirks by far. This place has turned into the worst Toyota dealer I've been to sense Shottenkirk took over. I have family that's bought Toyotas from Jerrys and probable will never come back to Shottenkirks again. And I've spoke with a lot of people that I don't even ok or ever seen before tell me they've had a bad experience at Shottenkirk and will never go back. More
