Responsive, concerned, professional I was very impressed with the dealership. They listened to my concerns and although they were busy, they were able to work me in since I was about to I was very impressed with the dealership. While the detail I asked for was great and so was the service by Mrs. Sims, I am not happy with the transparency of the dealership. I was told I got 2 free details when I bought my truck from y’all and a service by Mrs. Sims, I am not happy with the transparency of the dealership. I was told I got 2 free details when I bought my truck from y’all and after my appointment was complete I was given a $160 bill. Mrs. Sims was apologetic and explained to me that those details were “mini details” this however was not made clear to me over the phone when I made the appointment or when I originally purchased the truck. This experience unfortunately makes me weary to service my truck at your dealership anymore. Nobody likes being surprised with a bill ESPECIALLY when they were told it was a free service for purchasing a vehicle from you. More
Staff does not pay attention to detail or what I had to say. I asked several times on two visits about the extra key included in the pictures and was told they would check. Nobody ever checked and after I bought the car and was ready to take it Terry, the manager had the audacity to tell me that if I brought in another key from my trade-in he could make me one even though they had already advertised 2 keys. I wasn’t able to come on the specific day the key guy was there and I’m glad I didn’t get an extra key for my trade in made, I later found out they can’t even make the key there so they just lied so I could bring them an extra key for the trade in. I had to drive 40 minutes yet again because Burleson Toyota knew nothing about Shottenkirk, I was lied to about that as well. They had told me to to come in after I told them the other dealer knew nothing about their care plan. When I got there they said, oh we don’t have that tire here, you’ll have to come back tomorrow. This was after I had already told them that the tire needed to be replaced do to sidewalk damage. The finance department also delayed the loan because they didn’t collect all the information they needed and were going to have me drive out again to re-sign some paperwork, luckily I was able to email the documentation they lacked. So in summary they lied about shottenkirk care being available in Burleson, lied about having the 2 keys and then about being able to make one. Then made me drive out 40 minutes only to tell me to come back. Probably the worst experience out of 10 I’ve ever had purchasing a car. More
