I had an appointment for my 4Runner's first service which included a multi-point inspection and tire rotation. Rick was very courteous and professional. The service took an hour and a half which was longer t included a multi-point inspection and tire rotation. Rick was very courteous and professional. The service took an hour and a half which was longer than I anticipated since I waited. I would've appreciated an update. The facility itself was very nice and clean. The salesman and the finance manger were great. I dropped my truck off for a tire rotation and oil change and they told me they can’t rotate my tires cause it’s a dually. I had dropped it off once I dropped my truck off for a tire rotation and oil change and they told me they can’t rotate my tires cause it’s a dually. I had dropped it off once before and they said they did all of that. Service advisor said he just started working there and he didn’t know. I called the next day to speak with the service manager and left a voicemail and never got a returned call. Not real happy about being lied to and nobody explaining why they can’t rotate or fully back the maintenance package I paid for. More
