Liars. Absolute liars. I wouldn't trust this dealership with anything. I just received a lottery style mailer that had me as a winner for a free TV. Now I know that there's usually a gimmick. So I called ahead and specifically asked if I had to buy anything, or if there was any other catch or fine print that I needed to be aware of before I drove the 40 minutes to their location. And they were very clear that there was no other steps. I just show up and get the TV. When I get there, the owner comes up with a piece of paper and says your number at the bottom of the mailer has to match the number on this piece of paper. And the look on his face automatically said that he knew it wouldn't match. And it didn't. When I asked why that wasn't clarified when I called, he just shrugged and said they didn't need to tell me. Because buried in the fine print, on the back, it said the numbers had to match their board too. Yet when I called, the person at the dealership said that as long as the numbers on my page match, that's all. The xxxx thing is that me and my wife have been talking about buying a minivan for over 6 months. We've just been waiting for the right opportunity. This seemed like it, a sign. And I walked in there ready to drop 50% cash on a 2018 minivan they have listed. I would never give these guys a cent of your money, or a second of your time. Because they will openly lie to you about anything and then say "You could have read the fine print". And if they are willing to lie this blatantly on a TV that probably cost $500, imagine how much they will lie to make a $10-20,000 sale More

Never buy here They off your deals that seem good and make you put security deposit down and fill out all the paperwork then will reach back in a week or so saying i They off your deals that seem good and make you put security deposit down and fill out all the paperwork then will reach back in a week or so saying it didn’t come through but they got something else lined up which is a lie, all as they are shotgunning your finically info to 10+lenders you didn’t authorize.Then within 2 months of ownership ball joints, tires, wheel hubs, transmission went out 3rd month I’m now completely rebuilding engine. Not that I’d want them to do any work but they backed out of the warranty when I had enough of their finically mishandles and used USAA and apparently can’t warranty to for veterans using this Bank but can with any other lender More

Stranded between Des Moines, Iowa and Table Rock Lake We are from Des Moines, Iowa and were on our way for a long weekend at Table Rock Lake when we stopped mid way for gas and our transmission pump went We are from Des Moines, Iowa and were on our way for a long weekend at Table Rock Lake when we stopped mid way for gas and our transmission pump went out. Luckily we were in Harrisonville but unlucky because my Avalanche was packed full for a long weekend at our cabin. When I first talked to Tobey, he said there was no way they could even look at it that day, but after I explained my situation they made arrangements to tow my vehicle in and to determine what was wrong, and when it was determined that I needed a new transmission they provided me a rental, which was a pickup that provided me the legroom I needed since I am 6'5" and the room to carry all the stuff I had packed in my Avalanche. Tobey was great and provided me with a solution that allowed us to still get to our cabin that day and enjoy a weekend at the lake. I was provided with regular updates on the status of my repair and when done i was able to just pick it up on our way home from the lake. Excellent customer service! More
