Really Came Through in Times of Need I had Bo as my service guy and he was amazing! I was surprised when my A/C suddenly started blowing hot air in the middle of our trip from CA to AZ... I had Bo as my service guy and he was amazing! I was surprised when my A/C suddenly started blowing hot air in the middle of our trip from CA to AZ... I was really worried. So i stopped by Showcase Honda and not only were they able to fix it, but they were able to do a major major work on it in the same day. Bo went out of his way to make sure I had my car back on the same day. He replaced the entire AC unit and compressor and condensor. It was a massive job but they stayed late to get it done. We were headed to CA the next day and couldnt afford to not have a car... Extremely impressed with the service and the helpful Honda dealers did it again. More

Victor recommended Tire Rotation. 5000 mile Service and Zantec Service. Victor indicated the approximate time service would be completed. 3. I waited in Waiting area for service to be completed. When service was completed Victor presented me with a detailed Service review of my 2018 Accord Honda. 4. I was totally satisfied from start to finish with my experience at Showcase and Victor Andrade. More

When it was time for pickup, I ordered my Uber, and by the time I got there my car was on the drive with the AC on and I was gone within minutes of my arrival. They value your time here, I love it! TOTALLY DISSATISFIED THEY HAVE REPEATEDLY LIED TO ME IN FINANCE AND DEPT. I HAVE EXPLAINED TO THEM I WANTED TO GO THRIUGH MY CREDIT UNION ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS BUT THEY KE THEY HAVE REPEATEDLY LIED TO ME IN FINANCE AND DEPT. I HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY MY CREDUT UNION BUT THEY ARE DETERMED TO FORCE ME INTO HONDA FINANCIAL AT A COST OF $200/MONTH MORE OVER THE SAME CONRACT PERIOD . I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SHOWCASE HONDA AGAIN AND NEVER BUY ANOTHER HONDA BECASUSE I DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THE SALES OR FINANCE DEPARTMENTS COMMIT TO. More

The process was smooth, even though there were several sales going on that same day and I had to be at work that afternoon. They did everything they could to make sure I could get to work on time.
