First time buying experience was satisfactory! This was the first time I purchased a car and I was very intimidated by dealerships and attempting to haggle. I really enjoyed working with Will during our vehicle shopping. My husband and I were not sure if we were going to buy when we arrived, we didn't have an appointment and he still made time for us to test out a Civic and a Fit. I was convinced I'd like them Civic more and actually ended up loving the Fit. Will made sure to ask us if we had interest in purchasing before drafting up offers, and as soon as he brought over some paperwork he explained all of the charges and gave us space to talk about it while we made offers. We negotiated for a short time and when we felt comfortable with a price we were able to move to financing where Kenn was helpful as well. He offered us a warranty package and after proposing two prices he respected our decision to decline. They both stayed 15 extra minutes to finish up with us without rushing us. The whole process took around 3 hours and I was satisfied. I would definitely return for future vehicle purchases. More

Bad customer service I'm a u,s veteran and suffer from sever PTSD and take 7 depocot a day to keep me normal it makes me a little slow so when I went in at 600 PM I was ti I'm a u,s veteran and suffer from sever PTSD and take 7 depocot a day to keep me normal it makes me a little slow so when I went in at 600 PM I was tired I was dealing with 1 salesmen and had another on continuous interrupt our conversation I asked him to stop and I was told I'm a drunk no I don't drink but the medication I'm on may make you think it he got pretty nasty with me and I had to let him know I'm a disabled vet and I'm not going to deal with this I wanted to just get out of there and go to another dealer but a employee Roscoe stopped me and told me don't worry about them he'll take care of me and he did and I ended up getting my car but thy he rest of the staff has no customer service experience at all More
