Dead Battery : ( I had a dead battery on Friday. I was able to start the car and drive to my mechanic. Being the good guy that he is (Tony's Auto on 56th and Thomas) h I had a dead battery on Friday. I was able to start the car and drive to my mechanic. Being the good guy that he is (Tony's Auto on 56th and Thomas) he reminded me that my battery was still under warranty. He had me call Showcase and see if they could fit me in right away. I spoke to Richard and he told me to come in. They saw me right away, had the battery and installed it and gave me a carwash. No cost! I'm grateful for an honest mechanic and for the folks at Showcase Honda. I will be returning for all of my recommended car check ups. More

It was a very good experience overall. As (bad) luck would have it, Mom got a tire puncture within the hour. I got acquainted with the spare and we drove back to Showcase, where Montana also treated us very professionally. He took care of the tire replacement and got us on our way, good as new, before the end of the day. It wasn't their fault, and they didn't really have to do that, but they did and I think that says a lot about a place. I would go to Showcase Honda again and would recommend them. More
