The best car buying experience I've had Savanna was by far the friendliest and most helpful car salesperson we have ever worked with. My fiance was in need of a new vehicle and we saw an Savanna was by far the friendliest and most helpful car salesperson we have ever worked with. My fiance was in need of a new vehicle and we saw an Equinox online so we decided to call Showcase Honda and schedule an appointment. Savanna booked us over the phone and upon arrival met us in front of the office all prepped for a test drive. She was very nice and upbeat from the get go and that positive energy never wavered. She was also really awesome with our (at the time) 6 month old daughter. Even my fiance was trusting of Savanna playing with and holding our daughter - you can say we kicked it off quite well! Savanna also made sure we were full on snacks and refreshments which I greatly appreciated :) It was really pleasant working with Savanna because she made the whole ordeal as painless as possible. She was conversational and kept us entertained as we got to know each other. She's also quite the problem solver! We saw the vehicle listed at one price but when the numbers were added up and we saw the final price tag, she skillfully and understandably avoided what would have been a deal-breaker. Aside from saving us thousands of dollars on the transaction she was constantly going the EXTRA MILE for us, she even offered to drive us all the way back across town if we needed assistance with carpooling home since I wasn't able to drive (legally) at that time. Savanna was there from when we pulled in the first day to when we pulled off the 2nd day, walked us back and forth to financing and other departments as needed and made sure everything was crystal clear for us buyers. As someone who greatly appreciates excellent service I can honestly say I will be calling Savanna back when I'm ready to purchase a new car and will be referring any and all I come across who are in the market for a car straight to her desk.
