They have the best customer service we have ever experienced at a dealership. We were greeted by Allen first with a smile, great enthusiasm and lots of good popcorn. Our sales rep Joe was very paitent, knowledgeable and went the extra mile which is something you never see. Joe kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. We never once felt rushed or felt like we were getting into anything we did not want to. I would highly recommend Showcase Honda to all my family and friends. Ask for Joe when buying a vehicle. More
Worst dealership in town! I went to Showcase Honda to trade in my 2011 Honda Civic. I was told that "this is the perfect time to trade my car in cause we have a buyer from Tex I went to Showcase Honda to trade in my 2011 Honda Civic. I was told that "this is the perfect time to trade my car in cause we have a buyer from Texas that is paying top dollar." Ya, right! It was a joke and the salesman didn't even know what he was doing. Then, like an idiot I went back a week later after inquiring about a vehicle on-line. ( I really liked this vehicle.) I got there and the salesman Willian Ramirez acted like I was wasting his time. He told me that he didn't think I would be approved for the loan, but he could run the application anyways, but it would take like 3 hours. I told him not to even worry about cause he obviously has more important things to do and left. Little did he know, I was already approved the week before. They just tried ripping me off on my trade in so I walked away then. I would not even recommend this dealership to my ex-wife!!!!! More
Great service for out-of-towners We were visiting the Southwest this summer while on vacation from the east coast and the check engine light came on in our Odyssey van. We found Showc We were visiting the Southwest this summer while on vacation from the east coast and the check engine light came on in our Odyssey van. We found Showcase Honda by doing an internet search at 10:00 p.m. when we arrived in Phoenix and made an appointment online for 7:00 the following morning. The service department was able to diagnose the problems and obtain the parts quickly. As a courtesy, two mechanics worked on the van at one time to fix each of the problems in order to get us back on the road sooner to continue our vacation. We were charged what we feel was a comparable amount to what we would have paid in our hometown for the same repairs. Our fear was that we would pay a premium cost because we were 2000 miles from home and had no options, but Showcase Honda was very fair in their dealings with us. We feel that they went above and beyond in their courtesy and service. Thanks to all the team for helping us get back on the road for our coast-to-coast family vacation!! More

I would never take my Honda anywhere else other than to Cameron. He deserves recognition for the best customer service I have received at a dealership. Warranty Abuse? The sales experience was typical. Bruno was good, no-pressure style, but the financial negotiation involved pressure to buy a service plan. The after- The sales experience was typical. Bruno was good, no-pressure style, but the financial negotiation involved pressure to buy a service plan. The after-sales experience was UNACCEPTABLE. The wheels could not be balanced. But instead of replacing them right then, I had to come back and leave the car over the weekend so the wheels could be heat treated, after which the wheels still didn't balance and had to be replaced. So, this dealership got paid by Honda for all this warranty work + the car rental cost. It would have been cheaper to replace the tires, whether they could be fixed or not, but the other way earns more money for Showcase. However, this other way is at Honda's unnecessary expense and at the maximum inconvenience for me and waste of my time. So much for having a "Customer Loyalty" agent, who has no clue how to do her job. The whole experience reeks unethical. More

Wonderful experience I had an excellent experience at Showcase Honda. I went in for an oil and cabin filter change. I got a service tech, Dan, who did an excellent job com I had an excellent experience at Showcase Honda. I went in for an oil and cabin filter change. I got a service tech, Dan, who did an excellent job communicating with me per a few item they found that needed attention - actually took me out to meet the mechanic and had him show me how the transmission fluid was dark-ish and needed replacement. And, showed me how tires were cupping on just one. I appreciated being shown these troubles, instead of just being told. More

Come on, you advertise a price, you'd better stand behind it. Business manager was OK, although he used up too much of our time. Then, his boss came in and tried to upsell us to pay his shop expenses, even going so far as to offer us a lower loan interest rate if we would pay more outrageous fees for extended warranties (yes, plural). What a joke! Spent 4-5 hours of my life in that place, will NEVER buy another car there, and will steer everyone I know clear of that place!!! More
