Pleasant first car buying experince I was in the market for 2015 Honda Accord sport and visited few other dealerships before visiting show case Honda.I had mixed experience(mostly negat I was in the market for 2015 Honda Accord sport and visited few other dealerships before visiting show case Honda.I had mixed experience(mostly negative ) with the other dealers.At some places, I found the sales people and managers to be pushy ,overbearing and i used to feel pressured. So,I was kind of apprehensive before reaching showcase Honda too. But I had a chance to work with Mr.Bruno.He was very good, helpful and din't pressured me and i felt relaxed(for the first time) dealing with him.Got my first car on a very nice deal It was the car which i have wanted and got it on a great price .Thanks Bruno and Showcase Honda!!! . I would happily recommend this dealership to my friends or anybody who might be looking for a new car and would ask them to ask for Bruno once they are in the dealership. Deal, what deal I tried buying a 2015 CR-V, first call with the sales department was good, told me the deal they would do for me since I was a repeat customer. On the second call, I told them what I wanted to buy and asked for the same discount they offered. The salesmen started to act like he didn't know what I was talking about and would check his notes and give me a call back. I haven't heard from him and he didn't return my calls. They did what another dealership refused to do I am an owner of a 2013 Honda CRV purchased at Superstition Springs in Mesa. This is very close to my home. When my wheel started to shimmy with brak I am an owner of a 2013 Honda CRV purchased at Superstition Springs in Mesa. This is very close to my home. When my wheel started to shimmy with braking ( odometer 15,500) Superstition Springs refused to "turn" the rotors for me. They also could not give me the name or number of anyone who my hear my grievance. The mechanic I use at another firm ( Advanced Auto) inspected my car ....called Showcase Honda...and arranged for me to have a one time "free" turning of the rotors. Showcase also discovered my battery was almost "dead" and replaced it under warranty. They provided shuttle service to a local mall and the driver was professional and prompt. Needless to say when I was looking with my daughter for a used Honda Accord, I contacted Showcase. Even though it was 25+ miles from my home I would gladly have given them my business. They were the first to respond via email and had excellent follow up. Unfortunately I didn't fid what I was looking for thru Showcase. I have however shared with everyone I know my POSITIVE experience with this dealership More
