(If I could remember who he was I would punch him in the face, I'm not kidding the lies were unbelieveable) Granger made absolute sure that I got what I was previously promised!! I was in tears it was bad... but Granger was amazing and transparent and HONEST about the whole process... thank God for him!!! Because of him I'm not carless!!!! More

Went in to Showcase honda after James Granger called to go over my lease because he noticed I was over my miles. He gave me my options and I ended up buying a new Honda hrv.
