Dealership sent away 2 separate appointments I set up to fix the windshield for my trade in. Had to pay both cancellation fees. Nobody from the dealership responded to me for 5 days straight, then the direc fix the windshield for my trade in. Had to pay both cancellation fees. Nobody from the dealership responded to me for 5 days straight, then the director calls me and tells me to make another appointment and he will cover the cost. Make the appointment and yet again they canceled and sent them away. Do not waste your time buying a car here. Save the headache and go elsewhere. More

Just purchased a used car from this Dealership. I was first stuck by the condition of their used fleet of cars. Really clean, great condition. My main contact was Nicholas. Nich kept the progression first stuck by the condition of their used fleet of cars. Really clean, great condition. My main contact was Nicholas. Nich kept the progression of events almost enjoyable (if buying a car can ever be enjoyable). You just felt you were being treated fairly. I especially appreciated Nich taking my new purchase back to my home following the completion of our transaction. This was not asked for nor expected. I would purchase from this dealership again. BE CAREFUL FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Don’t trust this dealership!. After negotiations over the phone and a final purchase price was reached with the manager name Alhar Ali(He is a BIG LIAR don’t trust hi dealership!. After negotiations over the phone and a final purchase price was reached with the manager name Alhar Ali(He is a BIG LIAR don’t trust him!!) when I came to the dealership to purchase the car, I was told sorry the agreed price was changed and now the new price went UP by $5K from $29K to $34K. when I told the salesman that you are all a bunch of liars. He said let me see what I can do for you, within 5 minutes he came back with a new offer. From $34K it went down to $31K. The manger Ali couldn’t even see me face to face. He had to send a messenger to give me the news. SHAME ON HIM! This dealership is one big SCAM! Asked them to send you the final price in writing before you drive there. Otherwise you’ll be wasting your time. More
