I, like many people dreaded buying a car. I have been driving the same 12 year old vehicle for 9 years and it was time for a new car. The guys at Showcase were absolutely great, answered questions, were driving the same 12 year old vehicle for 9 years and it was time for a new car. The guys at Showcase were absolutely great, answered questions, were not pushy, very professional. I really made my care buying experience a good one and I would 100% recommend them to anyone in search for a car. I love my new car and thrilled to be driving a Honda. More
Gary was great and he knew the details of the car and explained everything to me about the car. Sam was a great help with the entire process. The total time spent was only about 3 hours . I've always hated looking for a new car. You step onto the lot and the salesmen swarm, they hound you, push you for the sale, call you at home, etc.,etc. All they want is a sale, and they will do ANYTHING the lot and the salesmen swarm, they hound you, push you for the sale, call you at home, etc.,etc. All they want is a sale, and they will do ANYTHING to get it. This happened to my friend, she was dealing with Earnhardt Honda. They manipulated her income and screwed her into a Leased CRV she could not afford. (this is what I call the "typical" car salesman) During her 'nightmare' she stopped several times at Showcase Honda and Josh Reeves spent alot of time with her, educating her about Honda's, even took the time to go over her lease from the other dealership. He was honest with her. He knew he wasn't getting a sale from her, but he took the time anyway. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE. I got to ride in that Honda before she returned it, and I liked it. I did alot of research on the computer, compared different crossover cars, and the Honda CRV kept comming out on top. Since Showcase Honda was so honest and nice to my friend, I knew I had to buy my CRV there. I'M SO GLAD I DID. Josh Reeves and the Showcase Honda team are out to change the way you feel when buying a car..I had a great experience. More
It's a long way(more than 5 hours) till I get my Honda CR-V on Apr-28-2012 . The sales man is very helpful while I am still at showcase Honda. Now after I purchased the vehicle, he will never answer m CR-V on Apr-28-2012 . The sales man is very helpful while I am still at showcase Honda. Now after I purchased the vehicle, he will never answer my e-mail any more regarding the "Road Side Assistance" that come with CR-V as he claimed. I forgot to check all the documents while I was signing the purchase contract(Caused it took too long, probably that's the way they want to make you tired to forget things) Be careful, if you ever deal with this dealer, write down everything that you expect in a list and check it before you leave the dealer. Otherwise, they will ignore you after that. More

The only reason I came down to buy a new car from Showcase Honda was the incentives they were offering at the time. At the time I was in the market they were offering a $500 VISA gift card for a dollar with purchase. Well after buying the car I asked the salesman about the incentive and he said he would have to talk to someone named "Rita" but she was off. He would have to get back to me. Well that was December 31, 2011 and now it is April 16, 2012. I have called and left messages and I also have emailed them and no one wants to respond. So I drove across town and drove by two other Honda dealerships to buy from Showcase because of this incentive and now they still dont want to return any contact. So if you are in the market for a new car you might want to try a dealership that wont lie or deceive you. More
I purchased a 2012 CRV. The majority of my negotiations were via email with my salesperson, Terrance, as I own a small business and didnt have time to speak over the phone or go in person just to get initi were via email with my salesperson, Terrance, as I own a small business and didnt have time to speak over the phone or go in person just to get initial information. I appreciated their willingness to negotiate down to the final detail via email. I paid the exact amount written in the final conversation (which of course I printed and brought with me). You can never seem to escape buying a new car in less than 2-3hours and this was the case with Showcase Honda as well. Some of the time cant be avoided due to paperwork but a portion of the time was "building my customer experience" which was a tour of the massive facility with facts, etc about the dealership. I am sure there is a marketing/customer retention reason behind that but I had made it very clear by negotiating via email that I am short on time....wished they would have picked up on my lack of response to any of the "tour facts" that I don't really care and just want my keys! I felt bad being rude but after a while I just stopped responding to the salespersons remarks in an effort to keep him moving on. Not a bad experience- some people might even enjoy that- but just know you will be hanging around there for a while during the purchase process. My salesperson did a great job when a few snags came up- not only resolving them without any issue but also threw in a few oil change certificates. Again, my out the door price was firmly set via email before I arrived at the dealer so going through paperwork with the financing agent was a breeze. There were the standard sales pitches on warranties but when I explained that my brother in law is a mechanic they backed off knowing they cant top "free labor/parts at cost" I get from my family (I am fortunate)! I would shop here again without hesitation. More
Customer service would have been great. Everything went well through the purchase, trade, financing. I declined certain extras with the salesperson and it was left at that. Things went downhill as soon a well through the purchase, trade, financing. I declined certain extras with the salesperson and it was left at that. Things went downhill as soon as I headed to finance. First I spent nearly 30 minutes doing the back and forth routine over warranties, GAP insurance, tire protection, security etc etc. I believe if someone says they are not interested, then that's it. Leave it alone. I felt as though I was constantly being pushed into buying something I did not want. I was offered it essentially "free" by the wording. In reality, they were lowering the interest rate, and adding in the extras. So in reality, you are still paying for them. This is the only reason I would not recommend. The final problem occurred after I got home. I was looking over all the order/contract paperwork more closely and found there was $495 added in that was no where to be itemized. When I finally was able to reach someone, it was found that the $495 was Paint treatment for 5 years (yes, the stuff I originally declined). And what's worse...you wouldn't really know it since it was not itemized anywhere. This is EXTREMELY misleading. It wouldn't have been found had the numbers not been added up. In the end, I am getting the entire amount refunded. But, it should not have occurred in the first place. Purposefully deceiving someone is wrong and for this reason I will not be returning there for my next vehicle purchase. More
