My husband and I have had the opportunity to visit Showcase Honda on several occasions. We purchased a new vehicle there and have since added accesories to that vehicle. I recently called for an appointment to have services done on my 2001 Honda Accord. I spoke with Tom Urbina. I explained to Tom that I needed my 120,000 mile services and tire replacement done as soon as done on my 2001 Honda Accord. I spoke with Tom Urbina. I explained to Tom that I needed my 120,000 mile services and tire replacement done as soon as possible and to my surprise Tom told me there is no need for an appointment you can come in now if you like. Wow ! Other dealers I have called in town in the past always had to "fit me in" to their schedule.. Not only did Tom follow through with his no appointment needed promise, he offered me free shuttle service to work after my arrival,, called me on the progress of my vehicle repairs throughout the day and best of all completed the work earlier than promised !!
