Worst customer service I have ever had. I went in last summer to get the air in my Honda CRV fixed. After waiting over four hours Richard came back to tell me an 18 year old girl and my gran I went in last summer to get the air in my Honda CRV fixed. After waiting over four hours Richard came back to tell me an 18 year old girl and my grandma that they found a ton of problems with my car and it would cost over two grand. Now this was the second time I had brought my car in and got it back with someone else broken and my original problem not fixed. I explained this to him and he actually raised his voice and started yelling that they would never break anything and i was crazy to accuse them of that which I was not doing at all. My grandma I proceeded to tell him that is not how you deal with customers and he continued to yell until everyone in the place was looking at us so we left. I told my dad and he called them and they said they lost all my paperwork and told us to get a lawyer if it bothered us that much, Talk about ridiculous customer service for the whole company. I have never gone back and have told all my friends and family to never go to this dealership for anything More
