I recently bought a CC here. Unlike many others, the atmosphere here is not pushing. They trusted me and didn't even come with me on the test drive. Nice showroom and the lounge is good. My wife and I were looking for Golf TDI so we called Shrewsbury VW to see if they had a car that we could test drive. I spoke to Bill Hoblitzell and he confirmed that they had one available. All test drives were done with out the sale person tagging along allowing us to spend as much time with the car as we needed. Although we were not planning on buying that same day, we liked Bill and the sales experience and decided to make an offer on the Golf that we drove. We came to terms and were able to drive it home the same day. Bill took the time to explain all the features and even linked my wife's cell phone.
