Both Brian(s) were always very helpful and always took very good care of my car and would inform me on other accessories for my jetta. I am very attached to my Jetta and i feel safe when i would bring it to them. When there is a problem they always inform me asap and would take care of the problem without taking very long. The guys in the service department are very respectful and i would most definitely recommend them to anyone who has a VW. Even though i live in manalapan, i don't mind the drive because i get the best customer service and comfort that my car will be taken care of. There are no hidden gimmicks, everything is laid out in front of you before you hand your keys over.
