He and the Shults Hyundai team spent a good deal of time and effort trying to find the car I wanted (thank you also to Roger Hawk and Mike Butterfield). It took numerous calls and several months, but they finally were able to get me the exact car with the exact options that I wanted. Throughout the search process, they kept me informed without being "pesty". During the waiting period, I had checked out cars at other dealerships, but the salesmen were not as honest with me as Roger had been, and I went back to Roger Palmer to buy my car. I've had the car for a few weeks now and so far, my little 2012 Hyundai Accent is definitely worth the wait and the price! More
