I really APPRECIATE the staff at the repair shop on Friday who changed all four tires after one of my tires was completely flat due to a roofing nail puncture. We didn’t go to Fremont, we were at the Buick side in Lincoln. It wasn’t the greatest visit. We previously were scheduled for a routine oil, change a tire rotation, and then a repair to one of our seatbe Lincoln. It wasn’t the greatest visit. We previously were scheduled for a routine oil, change a tire rotation, and then a repair to one of our seatbelts. However, the day that we brought our car in our car would not turn over because of a bad battery so fortunately we were able to get in very quickly as we were leaving town at the end of the week. Our car was there about 48 hours which is completely understandable as we were being worked in and we received a text message late in the afternoon the day of pick up indicating that our car was ready. We went to the dealership and I dropped my husband off and went home. About 30 minutes later, I sent him a message with a reminder about our evening and he responded with I’m still at the dealership. Come to find out the new battery that we needed was not even placed in the car at time of pick up so he sat there for quite a while waiting for the work to be complete. Additionally, our oil was changed, but the sticker in our window still reflected old mileage so there’s a question if the oil was actually changed and then under a warranty that we purchased in addition to other warranties when we purchased our car, the oil change is supposed to be no cost to us, but we were charged approximately $85 for an oil change. I have since reached out to the dealership was able to confirm that per their technicians the oil was changed, but the new sticker was not placed, and I was able to get the billing side corrected too, we’re currently awaiting our refund. This was not a great visit if I were to recommend someone to the Sid Dillon service shop based off of this visit, I would never recommend. Hopefully the next time things run smoother. More
