During my vehicle look-over at time of pickup, I noted that the windshield washer fluid reservoir had not been filled and that there was no wheel lock nut key in the vehicle. Lucky that I noted the absence of the key at time of pickup rather than discovering it when I had a flat tire that needed to be changed. I would suggest the dealership develop and use a written check list of things to verify before any vehicle is delivered to a customer. Sales person was embarrassed that these oversights had happened and that I, as the customer, was the one to find them doing my very quick new vehicle look over.. More
