Love my Cadillac XTS!! Went in to test drive a Certified Cadillac, wasn't the color I had in my head, but liked it with some additions, went home that night. One visit we had our 2 year old with us and Steve (the man helping us) even bought our son animal cookies, the brought toys over for him to play with and made him feel welcomed as well. They kept their word on everything they promised. It was well worth the 45 minute drive to Fremont to work with Steve. He was phenomenal. The only issues we had was my husbands sunglasses were sat on while they moved our old vehicle. They should have been replaced but weren't. The vehicle we purchased was not throughly cleaned before given to us This still wouldn't change us wanting to buy our future vehicles from Steve Fastenau. We don't feel like either issue was his fault. Overall it was a great car buying experience for our entire family, 2 year old included. More
