They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in (and purchased), they were never pushy to purchase the vehicle or the extended warranty, and easy to negotiate it. I received a follow call to make sure I received the answers to some questions I had emailed our Salesman plus another follow up call a few days after we purchased the Terrain to make sure everything was going okay and if we have questions to not hesitate to call them. CTS review I traded my ATS for a Demo 2014 CTS. The car is a much better ride and easier for entry and exit. My only real complaint about the car itself is its I traded my ATS for a Demo 2014 CTS. The car is a much better ride and easier for entry and exit. My only real complaint about the car itself is its lack of a navigation system. A luxury package and no navigation system? what gives? And to boot I'm told it can't be added. That's a big complaint to Cadillac and it's decision on package systems. I do have to come back and leave the car on Monday because I had a check engine light come on leaving an appointment this a.m. only the next morning after the deal. More
