I made it very clear I wasn't interested in the original car I was test driving, but if I liked it would have them bring in a vehicle which was more in my price range. They were very understanding and not pushy at all. I left the evening after the test drive and requested they bring in 2 other vehicles for that following Saturday for me to seriously look at purchasing. They didn't try to push me into anything other than what I had specifically said I wanted. They were very clear and honest, to the point - something I love! One of the vehicles I requested they bring over 'wasn't in the best condition' so they brought over my number one choice and I absolutely love it! I drove home Saturday morning with what I had hoped would be my new vehicle. We arrived Saturday morning around 9:00am and left by 10:30am - not bad for some of the things friends and family have had to deal with it at other dealerships. Overall it was a truly wonderful experience with very friendly, understanding, and helpful staff. I'd definitely recommend them to my friends and family!!! More
