It was another good experience with Nissan Service, as they did some routine maintenance on my 2022 Nissan Rogue. I have worked with Mark the last several times and he is definitely a 5 star guy. Everything went well as far as oil change. I will say one gentleman didn’t want to take my wiper issue serious.. and I get that some may think they are working ok, but my car is brand new and I will say one gentleman didn’t want to take my wiper issue serious.. and I get that some may think they are working ok, but my car is brand new and if I can’t clean them when I’m driving down the interstate properly then there is an issue, it comes back Friday to be looked at and hopefully while I’m on vacation they can get the pump or pressure to work properly so the wiper spray cleans correctly.
