Customer service and follow through with updates are good but I had an 11am appt time for my oil change and arrived at 1045am. I went to a local store and came back at 12pm and they didnt even start on my ca but I had an 11am appt time for my oil change and arrived at 1045am. I came in to just get a tire patch done. I was told it should only take 15-30 mins. That was the only thing I wanted done I was very clear when I made the appt and when I got there I didn't I was told it should only take 15-30 mins. I waited for an hours only to be told that it was to close to the sidewall they could not patch it and during that time your team did a complete multi point check on the car. Then tried to quote me a new set of tires. So I wasted an hour for nothing took it to a different tire shop and they had no concern with it being to close to the sidewall and patched it. More
