The service writer checked the truck when I first got there with a monitor to verify that the battery was good . He told me that the service team would have an answer within 24 hrs . Honestly disgusted by the lack of honesty and morality. behind this dealership. I test drove a 2022 rav4 Hybrid, and a tire pressure sensor light was on. They said it just needed to be reset and would take behind this dealership. I test drove a 2022 rav4 Hybrid, and a tire pressure sensor light was on. They said it just needed to be reset and would take care of it...that it was probably due to it being hot outside. So I went back, it was off, everything else seemed to be ok and I purchased the car. Now a week later, the tire pressure monitor light is still on, for THREE of the tires saying they are low. I keep putting air in it and even bought a manual tire pressure gauge to keep in the car but there is something seriously wrong and I believe they just didnt want to deal with replacing the tire sensors since it can be a labor intensive job . When I called the dealership, to let them know they had not actually addressed the faulty tire pressure sensors but simply shut it off/reset it..they were not having it, almost as if they didnt care because it wasn't their problem anymore and even said that it was due to it being cold!! Not only that but they told me the brakes had at least 50% on them and also a week later the car squeaks so loud that people stare at me when I am reversing. I really hoped that the stigma about dealership people and dignity wasn't true but I am so upset by this purchase and WOULD NOT recommend. More
I lied to multiple times around fraudulently running My credit. I aired my concerns while I was there.. once I finally stopped by lied I was forced to sign a consent form after the fact even tho I never ga credit.
