They sold us a vehicle that started failing many safety equipment the very next day. The test drive was fine the week before. I know they knew what they're doing. I bought a profound lemon and might sue an equipment the very next day. The test drive was fine the week before. I know they knew what they're doing. This is the second week it's been at a Ford dealership for troubleshooting after we got to drive the hunk of junk for less than a week. I have nothing good to say this stealership. More

I found this truck online and since I'm from out of the area I had my family who lives close by go take a test drive. Everything seemed ok except the spare was missing. Asked the salesman Jonathan about putting a spare on it and he had to check with his manager and get back to me. I contacted my banker and had financing in order, but I never heard back from him. I tried calling but he was always with a customer and never returned my call. Today I look online and the price has gone up $3,000. Not sure what's going on with this dealership, but they seem super scummy. More

On August 20, 2025, we went into the Sign It Drive It located in Denton Tx where we purchased a vehicle. We were told that there had been an oil change done on the vehicle recently and were not told that located in Denton Tx where we purchased a vehicle. We were told that there had been an oil change done on the vehicle recently and were not told that there were any major problems with the vehicle. After leaving the dealership and paying for the vehicle in full we found out that the air conditioner in the back of the suv did not work it only blew hot air. Then a week later the dash lights came on stating that an oil change needs done, the check engine light came on, the brakes need to be replaced, and the tir rods popping every time we turn the steering wheel. Upon having the check engine light ran at autozone we found out that the catalytic converter needs to be replaced as well as that the vehicle had almost no transmission fluid. We also found out that there is an electrical issue in which the radio comes on randomly and the defrost comes on when it wants. We have reached out to Sign It Drive It in which Luis Ricco who works there stated that the vehicle was considered a C vehicle and that because it was an "As Is" vehicle despite the dealership withholding the information regarding the condition of the vehicle and falsely stating that an oil change had been done that Sign It Drive It will do nothing to resolve the issue or admit their deception. DO NOT work With This company. I had a horrible experience with them. Called asked them if they can take ev tax credit on the point of sale. The purchase was flawless. That was 4./26. 10 days later they told me they couldn’t take the tx credit as irs website is down and wanted me to pay it or return the car. I financed the car, finance company already funded. They would have to purchase it back from me if they want the car back. I was being nice and told to give me an offer. They told me they will illegally not issue me title and license plate and illegally tow my car. If you want this headache then buy from this dealer. As of now I still do not have my plates. 6/9. Temp is almost expired. My sales rep was DEXTER. Nice when you buy but the devil if you don’t left them strong arm you. More

I was a little skeptical about this dealer but saw the reviews on Google, & we decided to give them a try. We saw a vehicle on their website that we liked & in our price range. My husband had called & sp reviews on Google, & we decided to give them a try. We saw a vehicle on their website that we liked & in our price range. My husband had called & spoke to Andres to see if the vehicle was still available. I preapproved online & received a call from Herman within minutes. Herman was very professional & kind on the phone. Once we arrived at the dealer the following day, Herman greeted us directly. The finance staff was kind & asked what kind of down payment we could give, with no trade-in & what we were looking for in a monthly payment. We took the 2018 Cadillac Escalade for a test drive & Herman showed us where their Service center was located. Once we returned the finance team worked on not only the preapproval I had done online as well as with another bank to get the monthly down to what we were looking for. Very happy with the entire staff. great experience for sure, It was a very simple process & was very pleased with the outcome. So we took home our used pre-certified vehicle. :) More
