Great customer service--the place to buy a car!! I just bought my 4th Toyota at Signature . This time I bought a Rav 4. Carl Harris has sold me every car. He does a great job telling you everything you need to know about the car, getting all the paperwork done for you and making the whole process a very pleasant experience!! My toyotas have all been excellent cars. I've only gotten new ones because I wanted a new one, not because anything went wrong with my previous one--I've kept all of them for 5-7 years with no problems! I always ask for Carl as I know he will give me excellent service and is very honest about their product. They are usually receptive to giving me a fair price for my trade-in and also a fair price for my new cars also. There is never any pressure to buy, which I like, but they are always there to help me move ahead when I'm ready to make a purchase. I have no doubt I'll be back in another 5 years!! More

Chris was very thorough in helping me understand the new features and spent a great deal of time patiently getting this older client into the twenty-first century technology and assured me that I could call him with any further questions at work or on his cell. He was also very helpful with the mounds of paper work.. as well as Theresa Clark, business manager, clearly stated the contents of the application and paper work making the bank loan easy to understand and answered all of my questions, clarifying every piece of paper that needed a signature. She made an overwhelming process less cumbersome, making me feel more confident in making such a big investment. This is the second Toyota I have purchased at this dealership and found their service department to be honest and reliable. This is another big reason I returned to this dealership. More

Great cusotmer service. Very quick process! After searching online for a make and model we were interested in, the website found one near me at Signature in BH. I took my husband there the following business day and Boby greeted us when he noticed we looked like we needed help. He wasn't the annoying type to hound us the minute we walked in, but when he discovered we were genuinely looking to purchase he took us under his wing and got us test driving immediately. He processed all our information and asked us to come in later when the paperwork had been processed. This was much better than waiting around for hours. When we returned the vehicle had been detailed and was waiting for us in a showcase garage. Boby went over in detail all the features of the vehicle so we were completely familiar with our new vehicle. The lease option we chose was reasonable for us and the process was considerably easier than that of purchasing. And the icing on the cake....oil changes for only $9.99 for the life of the lease! I highly recommend Signature when vehicle shopping! More

mcfaddens mistake i bought my 2007 tundra off mcfaddens rusty the owner told signature to grease my axle and send me down the road so they greased it so when i went and i bought my 2007 tundra off mcfaddens rusty the owner told signature to grease my axle and send me down the road so they greased it so when i went and picked my truck up the light was still on so jeff cross told me what rusty mcfadden told him i was mad not at signature but rusty i bought my truck 3 weeks ago and had it one week so jeff talked to his boss and then they called toyota between toyota and signature they are fixing the axle for me and give me aloaner car they made a bad bad deal with mcfaddens turn around and they treated me like i was theyre customer and i cant tell you how great of a feeling of relief that was thanks More
