Badgered and Bullied I went in to inquire about leasing a Toyota and had a very excellent experience with salesman Elliot Skjordal. After some time negotiating deals, I wa I went in to inquire about leasing a Toyota and had a very excellent experience with salesman Elliot Skjordal. After some time negotiating deals, I was told that the New Car Sales Manager, Randy Love, was going to check in and see how my service was with Elliot. Instead he came in to the room, very aggressive in tone and posture, asking me to agree that he was offering me an excellent deal. He asked me this a few times, and I calmly let them know I would be taking the deal home to consider. The next couple of days, Randy sent me badgering text messages, pressuring me to accept the deal without even trying to help me find different options. I was very impressed with Elliott Skjordal's service and believe he would have made a sale on his own. However, this unprofessional and aggressive behavior from the manager, Randy Love, dissuaded me from making any deals. As a customer I do not appreciate being literally bullied into a sale. More

A great Christmas gift I was looking for a very specific Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for my wife as special Christmas present. After looking at my local dealerships and not find I was looking for a very specific Hyundai Santa Fe Sport for my wife as special Christmas present. After looking at my local dealerships and not finding anything, I was able to find one at Mike's dealership (nearly 2.5 hours away). A simple phone call sealed the deal. Mike was able to confirm the vehicle was the right one and the price was excellent. I called other dealerships just to verify if I could do better. Looking at dealerships up to 5 hours further away, I could not find a better price. In fact, one dealer was shocked at how low the price was and recommended I take it as soon as possible. When I arrived, I had Mike walk to my car and get my wife to come in and show her the Christmas present she wasn't expecting. Prior to arriving, Mike had guided me through the buying process by providing directions for all data he needed in just a few emails which is the way I wanted it to not let my wife know what was going on in advance.
