Have relied on Silko's service department for almost 20 years, for multiple vehicles, and rarely been disappointed. This time, they saved me a ton of $$ by telling me the bad part was actually covered by a years, for multiple vehicles, and rarely been disappointed. This time, they saved me a ton of $$ by telling me the bad part was actually covered by an extended Honda warranty because of a known defect. They could have kept that quiet and charged me for the parts & labor, but instead I walked out with a zero-dollar invoice because of their integrity. More
