Outstanding!!! I had my 2017 Ridgeline and my 2017 Pilot serviced last Friday the 28th. Both Matt Litchfield and Jared Robbins were outstanding!!! Fantastic Service!!! I made an appointment for new tires and an oil change. My oil change was free because of the Silko Care program. Thank you! My service advisor, Matt I made an appointment for new tires and an oil change. My oil change was free because of the Silko Care program. Thank you! My service advisor, Matt Litchfield advised me to get an alignment so my tires would last longer, and so my Pilot would operate at its best. Good advice! I got the alignment and the Pilot drives much better. Matt and his crew also found a worn compressor belt, which they replaced. I didn't expect to need any mechanical repairs, but they saved me from a breakdown by spotting this problem and making the repair while the car was in the shop anyway. Can't say enough great things about the Service Department! More
