Kept my car for 2 days to check a tire that was under warranty and visually inspect front end. Never called to inform me they needed to keep the car overnight, or when it was finished Never inspected the warranty and visually inspect front end. They told me they didn't have a technician available to drive it, apparently you need to drive a car to do a visual inspection, but also told me they had two techs look at the tire. Did not patch, repair or replace the tire that had a nail in it. Just told me it was fine. When I picked the car up they told me they had called and left messages. They didn't, they had the wrong number. When I asked for a receipt they said it should have gone to my email. It didn't, they had the wrong email. Then when they made me a paper receipt, it was incredibly vague, almost seems like they purposely are trying not to be responsible for the tire. They were happy to take the $750 for the wheel and tire warranty though when I bought the car. Front end still needs to be checked and repaired. Car is still under warranty and recently was in for a recall to the front suspension. More

This is the second interaction I have with this dealer again one of my worst experience. I should’ve learned my lesson. First interaction was a horrible service problem. When I went to get my vehicle serviced second one is very recent. Just bought a car from them. They’ve totally screwed everything up. I’ve been driving unregistered for over a week they can’t get it right I was very unhappy with the deal even wanted to return the vehicle was told I was stuck would it be very cautious with dealing with these guys? I will never go back again third time you will not get me again. I will deal with any other Volkswagen dealer. Once my lease is up horrible experience they don’t have anything together one person says one thing and another person says another they’re not straight shooters. More
