I put complete trust in a group of young people that I thought were going to help me, as I explained to them that this was my first time buying a vehicle on my own. I traded in a 2019 Jeep Cherokee in a well maintained condition! I left there with NO paperwork!!!!! When my family asked where it was, I told them that they didn’t give it to me!!!! I called the next day, and they emailed it to me!!!!! They had me sign $10,000 of coverages that I did not need!!!!!! My trade in did not lower the cost of the new vehicle!!!!!!!! It added $10,000 more!!!!!!! I’m so disappointed in this team that I thought so highly of! They fully took advantage of my lack of knowledge as a 66 yr old woman!!!!!! More
