Easy to schedule appointment on line. Friendly, courteous employees did a thorough job on my Atlas! I’ve gone here for all service since I bought my Atlas in Feb 2023! Very happy! I have a 2022 Tiguan and a few months ago I had to accept the fact that my new vehicle burns oil and that every time I fill my gas tank I also need to check to make sure I have oil in the engine. Now I go b the fact that my new vehicle burns oil and that every time I fill my gas tank I also need to check to make sure I have oil in the engine. Now I go back for another oil change at 18k miles and Jeff tells me my left break pad is at 3mm and that it needs to be replaced along won’t be rotor got damaged. He states that because corrosion caused it that the warranty won’t cover it. There is not vehicle at 18k miles that needs breaks. There was clearly a defect and should’ve been covered by the warranty along with the fact that my car “consumes” oil. This is a brand new vehicle that I purchased. Worse mistake of my life to buy a VW and I will be sure to let anyone I know about it too. Also why would a technician even try to pin the cause of my break pad issue on corrosion because I have paperwork from my 9k oil change and the pad was fine at 10mm. How can they differentiate corrosion vs defect? This vehicle has major issues and I’m disgusted. I’m taking the back up that I have to Channel 7 and hope they will help so at least someone else won’t have the same horrible experience as me. More
