Dan Braceros and Jeff Richard provided excellent customer service! I was informed of the problem with my VW Passat's A/C. Went in for oil change and they had a few issues at the time so it was much longer than I would have thought. Posted a review on Google and within an hour the service department reached out to me and expl time so it was much longer than I would have thought. Dealer refused to honor warranty on “Dynamic Cornering Light”. Stating they found aftermarket parts. If this is true, it is how I received the vehicle when purchased as “new”. If it had been in an accident beforehand, I should have been informed. Even though the dealership has changed hands since the purchase, I don’t see myself purchasing my next VW from them. More
