I had an 8:30AM appointment to get my 2017 VW Passat detailed. I arrived at Silko VW at exactly 8:30 and as I was cleaning out my car, Dan Braceros greeted me with “Good Morning, Mr. Anderson!” and told detailed. I arrived at Silko VW at exactly 8:30 and as I was cleaning out my car, Dan Braceros greeted me with “Good Morning, Mr. Anderson!” and told me I needn’t rush. He had stepped into the parking lot for something. We took care of the vehicle dropoff and while I waited for my Uber to arrive, Dan reminded me that there’s free coffee for VW customers. I had asked if the detailing work would take all day, and he said that he’d do his best to have the work done by 3PM. I was happy when I got a call from Dan around 1:30PM telling me that my car was ready for pickup. In the end, the car detailing work was EXCELLENT and my overall customer service experience was great, as it always is at Silko VW in Brockton, MA. More
