Service diagnostic was reasonably quick . estimarlte for repair was super inflated. Did repairs in 2.5 hours for $350 in parts using OEM parts. No Pressure Deal Tracy took care of my Parents who are 83 and 75. I could not accompany them in the search but she assured me they were in good hands.
