Great service department that does what it is supposed to do. They schedule a time for me to arrive for an oil change and I’m in & out in less than an hour. They take the time to patiently answer my questions which I appreciate. Jessie & Amanda work in the office scheduling appointments and explaining the cost. They are both very nice and professional. This will be the only dealership that will service my 2016 Tundra. The service manager, Jim Shirley, keeps the service department running smoothly. His years “in the business” really highlight his vast knowledge of Toyotas and how to run an efficient service department with complete transparency. Plus, he’s just a really nice guy! More

Service Inspection Brought my Highlander in for 15,000 mile inspection/service work. Staff was friendly and professional. Work was completed in a timely manner. Decent/average service. Didn't really go above and beyond. Had to go back in to get them to put air in my tires so the sensor would go off after they did a tire rotation.
