Today marks one week since we drove our gorgeous hybrid Bronze 2025 Toyota Crown Signia off the Silsbee Toyota dealership lot. My husband had gone to explore available cars he thought I might like on the previous day and I returned with him the next day — with a completely different perspective. Tracey Poland was very helpful suggesting different options and explaining/demonstrating the many new features now available. She was incredibly helpful and patient. The last four new cars I’ve had have been white and I was SO tired of searching parking lots for my white car. In our climate I have an equally negative attitude about black cars with black interiors . . . and I didn’t want a red car, or a gray/silver car. Blue or green were the only colors I would consider, though they didn’t thrill me. When I discovered the vehicle we had selected came in bronze, I was thrilled . . . and Tracey, knowing the Silsbee dealership did not have the Toyota Crown in bronze, was on the ball. She had approached the manager who had searched other area dealerships and could have it available the next day. My husband had doubts about getting a vehicle sight unseen, so it took a little while to persuade him that I was sure it was the car I wanted. We became Toyota Crown owners slightly less than 24 hours later . . . and Tracey was at the dealership on her day off to make sure we were well taken care of. She walked us through the basics of the car’s features and helped make plans for some additional features Silsbee Toyota was going to add to our car. Couldn’t be a better salesperson. I would recommend her to anyone looking for great deals and great service. We already love our hybrid, which got 40+ miles per gallon on an hour-long trip today. It is the smoothest, quietest car I believe I’ve ever driven or ridden in. So happy . . . more than just satisfied, in our salesperson and our new vehicle. More

I've known Walter Stevens for at least 15-20 years. I've bought five different trucks and cars from him over the years. He has always treated me fairly on every deal I've ever made with him. Walter has always been a friendly guy to work with and I've had a lot of respect for him. He has an easy going personality and a good sense of humor. I was recently in a wreck and my car was totaled. Although I hadn't seen Walter in about three years, I called him and said I would like to come see what he had available. That was this past Friday. So, I showed up and we talked about old times and I looked around the lot and the showroom floor. I saw a car on the showroom floor that I didn't even know Toyota made--a Toyota Crown. It was love at first sight. I asked Walter for the best deal he could make, and after a few minutes he came back with some figures that I thought were very reasonable. So, we cut the deal that very afternoon and I drove off with, I believe, the most favorite car I've ever owned, which, according to my automobile insurance policy is the 63rd car I've had insured with them over the past 50 years.
