Instead of haggling me about numbers and pushing to finance through their lenders they respected my boundaries and worked with me to their best abilities making it probably the most pleasant interaction I've ever had with a dealership. Josh Gonzales, the salesman I dealt directly with, answered all my questions as honestly and thoroughly as possible. Anything he was unsure on he quickly got me an answer for. Every other dealership I went to prior felt like I was fresh meat in a field full of vultures as soon as I stepped on their lot. That was far from the case here. The entire process was extremely simple and pleasant. For these reasons Silsbee Toyota has earned a customer for life from me.
